- Weekly Contests begin on July 14, 2008, 12:00:00 PT and end on September 28, 2008, 11:59:59 PT.
- A new Weekly Contest begins each Monday. Weekly point totals for all Players are reset to zero at 12:00:00 PT every Monday.
- Points are recorded electronically starting at 12:00:00 AM PT Monday and ending at 11:59:59 PM PT Sunday. A game must be completed prior to the cutoff time of 11:59:59 PM PT Sunday for any points scored to count in that week's total.
- Players must be registered on the Kwanzoo website and logged in to accumulate points.
- Separate Weekly Contests run on each Trivia Channel on the Kwanzoo Website. The first Weekly
Contest on a newly launched Trivia Channel (other than the Movies & TV, Celebrity and Video Games
channels) commences when announced in the Messages area of the Kwanzoo website by the Sponsor and Administrator.
On each Trivia Channel, two winners shall be selected every week:
- The Weekly #1 Winner for a Trivia Channel shall be the Player with the most number of
points scored on the Channel's leader board in that week.
- The Weekly Random Winner shall be a Player who has played, scored points in the
specific Trivia Channel and has a photo uploaded into their profile prior to the end of the
Contest period.
The following rules apply to all Contestants:
- Contestants must be 15 years or older and United States residents, or residents of any one of the
countries supported by Kwanzoo's storefront partner for shipping prizes to our winners. The list of
countries from which we will select weekly winners is listed
here

- Contestants must have registered members of the Kwanzoo website during the Contest period.
- Winner(s) will receive Prizes for the Contests as described in the "Messages" area on the Kwanzoo
website, or on the official Blog of the website at http://www.kwanzoo.com/social-trivia.
- Employees, consultants, officers and directors of Kwanzoo ("Sponsor") and their immediate families
(spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they may reside)
and those living in the same household whether or not related, and Sponsor's advertising and
promotion and public relations representatives are ineligible. These Weekly Contests and
Sweepstakes are subject to all applicable international, federal, state and local laws and
regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted.
PRIZES: Prize(s) will be as described on the site or the official Blog. It does not include wireless
service (if the prize item requires such a service). Winner is responsible for any and all taxes or
shipping charges, or wireless contracts and costs that might occur when ordering the Prize from the
site's storefront, or service providers.
ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
ELIGIBLE ENTRIES: Contestants who violate Kwanzoo's terms of service shall not be eligible for
winning a Kwanzoo Weekly Contest.
Contestants agree that the Sponsors and Administrator's decision on the eligibility of their entries
is final.

LIMITATION ON LIABILITY: Contestants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to release
the Sponsors and Administrators, and their employees, officers, agents and directors (the Sponsors
and Administrators, and such others, collectively, the Released Parties), from any and all liability
for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing and/or use
or acceptance of any prize.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: These Weekly Contests and Sweepstakes are void where prohibited by law. The
Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or
software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's
computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the Weekly
Contests. The Released Parties are not responsible for incomplete, garbled or delayed Internet or
e-mail computer entries.
WINNER SELECTION: The prize winner will be announced on the Kwanzoo website within 10 business days
of the conclusion of a Weekly Contest. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not
respond within 72 hours or does not meet the contest requirements, we reserve the right to randomly
select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winners (or for winners under the age of 18 years, the winner as well as the winner's parent or guardian) may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and, where legally permissible, a publicity release, and may also be required to provide additional information (which may include, but not be limited to, social security or other tax information), waivers and releases. Winners will have 72 hours to provide all such information and to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and publicity release. These documents will, among other things, release the Released Parties from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Weekly Contest or the use or receipt of any prizes, and allow the use of the winners name and likeness. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and Kwanzoo Inc reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
ADVERTISING: Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will
constitute permission for Kwanzoo Inc and the other Released Parties to use winner's name, likeness,
and statements for any purpose in reference to this promotion without additional compensation,
consideration or consent.
PRIZES AND TIME TO CLAIM: Weekly Winners will be selected each week to win a pre-paid coupon code at
the Kwanzoo online store in the amount of Sixteen Dollars and Fifty Cents ($16.50). All terms and
conditions of the Coupon Code apply, including that the code shall expire if not used within 30 days
of issuance via email to the Weekly Winner. Approximate Value: TOTAL PRIZE VALUE of $16.50. Odds of
receiving a prize depend upon the Player's rank on the Channel leader board, or upon the number of
eligible entries. No substitution, assignment or transfer of prize is permitted except by Sponsor
due to unavailability, in which case a similar prize of equal or greater value will be provided.
Sponsor is not responsible or liable for the acts of third parties. Sponsor will not replace any
lost or stolen items. Only stated prizes will be awarded and prizes have no cash value.
