Refer A Friend Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the ‘Refer A Friend’ Program. By participating, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the Program.

Program Eligibility

• Who Can Participate: Only active Kwanzoo Platform users with a paid subscription plan are eligible to earn credits under the Program. Users on a Free POC plan may participate but must upgrade to a paid plan within 90 days to claim their referral credits.
• Referral Code Usage: Each eligible user is granted a unique referral code to share with prospective new users. This code can be shared publicly or privately. The same code can be used  by different users as they sign up for a Free POC followed by a plan upgrade to a paid plan. 
• New User Eligibility: A referred user is considered eligible when they sign up using a referral code during their Free POC signup and activate a paid subscription plan. Users who sign up on a Free POC plan must upgrade to a paid plan within 90 days for the referrer to earn credits.

Referral Rewards

• Credit Structure: The referrer is awarded 10% of the new user’s subscription plan value in credits each month for the first three months of their paid plan, provided the new user remains on a paid plan for the entire initial three month billing cycle. 
• Credits for our Jumpstart Plan: If a referred user subscribes to the SiteStop Jumpstart plan (one-time pre-payment), the referrer shall receive a one-time credit of 10% of the plan value, provided they are on a paid plan themselves.
• Free POC Plan Users: Referrers on a POC plan will accumulate credits but cannot redeem them unless they upgrade to a paid plan within 90 days. If no upgrade occurs within this period, all accumulated credits will expire.
• Credit Expiration: Credits awarded through the ‘Refer A Friend’ Program expire if not used within the current subscription duration, whatever the terms of the subscription (monthly, annual). They are rollover credits and can therefore be used across monthly billing periods ONLY when on annual plans. If the referrer is on a monthly plan then credits earned through a referral must be used in the same month. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

Credit Redemption and Limitations

• Redemption: Credits are automatically applied towards the referrer’s lead consumption beyond the monthly subscription limits once accrued.
• Limitations:
• Credits cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another account.
• Credits are forfeited if the referrer cancels their subscription or downgrades to a Free POC plan.

Program Changes and Termination

• Modifications: Kwanzoo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, stop or modify the number of new credits awarded,, or any other Terms at any time, without notice. 
• Termination: If a referrer is found to be in violation of these Terms, or engaging in fraudulent activities, Kwanzoo may revoke all credits and terminate the referrer’s participation in the Program.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: Kwanzoo does not guarantee any credits will be awarded or redeemed as anticipated. Credits have no cash value and are solely intended for use within the SiteStop by Kwanzoo and the Kwanzoo full  platform.
• Liability: Kwanzoo is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Program.
