Inside the Kwanzoo Revenue Insights Bot

Kwanzoo Revenue Insights (KRI) is an Insights Discovery tool that analyzes a Data Set and uncovers key highlights that affect your performance positively or negatively, enabling you to become proactive with your data and find points to improve or reinforce.

The Insights Bot creates two types of insights:

  1. Over/Under Performers: These are segments of your data whose performance and volume in a selected time stand out. For example, last month, Campaign Y’s CTR was 60% above average, and its volume was substantial - 11% of overall impressions during that month).
  2. Change Drivers: These are segments of your data that caused a change in overall performance between two date ranges. For example, if your CTR has dropped significantly between last week and this week, Site X, whose CTR decreased by 70%, and Impressions increased from 2M to 5M, maybe a change driver insights - a significant cause for this change).

Insights bots are available to anyone in the power user role and up. Note that KRI adheres to the user’s data access permissions, so if a bot is based on a hidden measurement, any user who doesn’t have access to that measurement will not see the bot. If a regular bot contains some insights that are based on an inaccessible measurement or dimension, only these insights will not be shown to a user who doesn’t have access to them.
